When Mr. Louis G. Piancone opened his traditional Italian delicatessen in Bradley Beach. N.J., in 1955, he couldn’t have imaged what the future would hold. Nearly seven decades later, Mr. P is the inspiration for the most celebrated name in pizza and Italian food, from coast-to-coast.
Driven by the motto of “Quality and Service,” the Roma mission is to support local restaurants in every way possible. Of course, that includes industry-leading flour, dough, custom cheese, tomatoes, toppings and all of the things that make pizza pop. But, that’s just the beginning: Roma can offer ornate pastas, labor-saving sauces, epic mozzarella sticks, decadent desserts, environmentally conscious pizza boxes — even access to equipment that maximizes kitchen efficiency. From white table cloth to neighborhood favorites, whatever and wherever your concept is, Roma has you covered. We’ve been delivering success for nearly 70 years, and we’re just getting started.
Pre-registration is encouraged as it will make your entry into the event seamless, avoiding long registration lines and getting you right to the show floor. Pre-registration also ensures we can accurately link your account information to your post-event tracking, ensuring your incentive opportunities are connected to your attendance.
After registering, you will instantly receive a confirmation email at the provided address. Be sure to save the QR code to your phone or bring a printed copy to the show to speed up the check-in process.

On-site registration will be available. Lines may be long; we encourage you to pre-register.
If you are a current customer, please have your Performance Foodservice Middendorf account # ready to enter during your registration. You can find your account # on your invoice. Or, feel free to reach out to your Area Manager or our Customer Service Team to locate your specific account number. Entering your account # will auto-populate your information, making registration easy.
If you are a foodservice operator but not a current customer, you can still register by entering your contact information.
During the registration process, select YES to the question “Do you want to add additional guests?”. Then, select the number of guests you’d like to add from the dropdown menu.
NOTE: guests that are registered in this way, as an addition to your registration, will not have access to the Performance Foodshow App. If your guests want access to the App, have them register separately with their unique email address.
Performance Foodservice Middendorf hosts a Customer Appreciation Party the evening before the food show. This year our Customer Appreciation Party is on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM in the Midway East Corridor at St. Louis Union Station. You will be asked if you’d like to register for this free & fun event during your food show registration process. You can also select to register additional guests for the party. This event is our way of thanking our customers with delicious food, drinks, and lots of fun.
Providing a valid email address allows us to send you event-day information including a quick-scan QR code for easy entry and access to our Performance Foodservice Events app. Additional details may also be sent prior to the event such as tips on how to have a better show experience.
A unique email address is required for all guests who want access to our Performance Foodservice Events app. Following the event, a capture of your booked items will be sent to your email address on file so you can be sure you are ordering the items you loved and take advantage of show allowances.
Your information will not be used for non-show related purposes, is not carried over and is not shared with anyone outside of Performance Foodservice without your consent
Yes, the food show is free. All foodservice operators and their employees are welcome. The event is not open to the general public. All attendees must be 18 years or older. Except for medical assistance equipment, we do not allow carts, luggage, or wheeled coolers in our show aisles.
During our live event hours, guests will be able to interact with booths using easy-to-scan codes and enter notes for post-show follow-up. Once you download the App, please use your unique email address to log in to the app – no password is required! The app also serves as your digital library to access the show floorplan, view and download product flyers, and more!
We recommend parking in the Union Station West Parking Lot when attending the Food Show and Customer Appreciation Party. To access the West Parking Lot – enter from Market Street on 20th. West Parking Lot is on the right, directly behind Maggie O’Brien’s.
