EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES


EVENT DATES / LOCATION:

FoodCentric Food Show 2025:

Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

St. Louis Union Station | 1820 Market Street | St. Louis, MO 63103

You can enter and register at the Union Station (20th Street entrance)



Vendor & Customer Appreciation Party 2025:

Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM

St. Louis Union Station | 1820 Market Street | St. Louis, MO 63103

Party is held in the East Corridor at Union Station (20th Street entrance)



EXHIBITOR SET-UP / PARKING / CHECK-IN:

Exhibitor Set-Up:

Exhibitor set-up is on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Exhibitors can load-in booth materials on Tuesday through the (20th Street entrance). Ring the doorbell to signal security.

Exhibitor Parking: see parking map on next page

For set-up, Exhibitors can park in the West Parking Lot (Market & 20th Street, behind Maggie O’Briens). Exhibitors can only use the West Parking Lot during set-up on Tuesday. On Wednesday, SHOW DAY, exhibitors MUST PARK in the SOUTH PARKING LOTS (located further down 20th Street).



EXHIBITOR BREAK-DOWN:

We ask that Exhibitors DO NOT BEGIN BREAKDOWN BEFORE 3:00 PM on food show-day



EXHIBITOR NAME BADGES:

EXHIBITORS MUST WEAR A BADGE DURING FOOD SHOW Exhibitors / Vendors / Brokers MUST wear NAME BADGES. You can retrieve your badge at the Vendor & Customer Appreciation Party on Tuesday evening, or you may get your badge on show day, at the registration table. Security will be present to check for badges.



EXHIBITORS WORKING IN A PERFORMANCE FOODSERVICE “BRANDED” BOOTH:

Exhibitors / Brokers / Vendors working in a Performance Foodservice BRANDED booth, please only have signage that promotes the “Brand” not the Manufacturer. Also, we ask that you wear either a Performance Foodservice “BRAND” shirt or a shirt with no logos.



EVENT FORMS & ALLOWANCES:

EVENT FORM (with ALLOWANCES) DUE Oct 3, 2025
In addition to the online registration, Exhibitors must fill out and return an EVENT FORM with your ALLOWANCES listed for STOCKED ITEMS ONLY. If you have not received (or returned) this event form, please contact Sam Reynolds sam.reynolds@pfgc.com and he will assist you. Event forms must be returned to sam.reynolds@pfgc.com by October, 3, 2025. Please indicate on your event form if you require electricity at your booth and what amperage you’ll need.



SAMPLES FOR SHOW:

ITEMS PULLED FROM STOCK MUST BE SUBMITTED BY Oct 3, 2025
If you require samples to be pulled from PFS Middendorf stock and transported to the show, please send your Item List to Jeff Ward jeff.ward@pfgc.com. Item List MUST have our (PFS Middendorf ITEM NUMBERS). If your samples are SENT-IN, they must be picked up within one day of arrival.
